Ngala Day Stay - the best thing i have done for my daughter.

Postby WendyP » Thu 07 Feb, 2013 1:11 pm

I just wanted to thank the amazing staff who supported me to help my daughter to learn to sleep better. We are not doing textbook days but who does. The staff there helped me to feel reassured even after I came home and felt like a failure. For anyone considering following strict routines from books of 'baby whisperers' or similar, just learn to read your baby and then let them tell you what they need because each day will be different and that's as it should be.
Thank you Ngala for giving me some precious time where my stressed out reflux-y baby was not screaming in my sore arms and helping my daughter to get some rest so she can grow. It's like I have a different daughter now we communicate better :-)

Hi WendyP

Thank you so much for your post. It is very encouraging to hear that you found your daystay at Ngala to be such a positive and beneficial experience. Congratulations on the changes you have been able to bring to your baby's sleep and settling and I hope that you both continue to experience more rest. Thank you for sharing your experience with other parents.
